Tour of Britain: Stage 1 Woodbridge to Southwold
One of the ‘gems’ in Suffolk’s crown, the busy town of Woodbridge will host the start of stage one, with the picturesque seaside town of Southwold hosting the finish on North Parade, close to its sandy beach and pier.
East Suffolk hosts the opening stage of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men on Tuesday 2 September, as the race returns to the area for a third successive edition.

The exact stage route for the opening leg of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men will be published later in July, but will include passing through Wickham Market, Aldeburgh, Saxmundham, Framlingham, Halesworth, Bungay, and Beccles.
