Festive Shopping Event
Hello! Lift is planning to open late on Friday 5th December for a
Festive Shopping Evening. We’d love to make this a Southwold-wide
event. Here’s what we are doing and how you can get involved too.
We will be closing as normal around 5pm for a break and then reopening
at 6pm with some goody Bags, drinks and maybe some instore
mini workshops or maker demonstrations. We’re not planning
on doing any discounting, but that’s totally up to you and there is no
requirement to do anything other than be open for visitors.
The aim would be great to make it an annual shopping event to
encourage people into the town shops and eateries. It’s a week after
The official Southwold Light Switch on so the town will be feeling
festive, and a week after Black Friday and Cyber Monday so
hopefully people will be in shopping mode and looking for gifts.

poster I’ll be making. I can also send you some templates you can
use on social media platforms so we can promote the event
ourselves.
