Discover The Canteen, a haven from the bustling high street. We use seasonal, locally-sourced and foraged ingredients to make all our delicious dishes, cakes, cordials and condiments from scratch.
Housed in a restored Victorian cottage hospital, our modern indoor space is bathed in natural light, while our tranquil outdoor seating area is surrounded by bee-friendly gardens. Family-friendly amenities like a dedicated children’s menu and access to Southwold Library make us a favourite for all ages. Our wheelchair access, baby-changing facilities, noise-reducing panels and dog friendly space make us accessible to all.
