An afternoon of mindful movement – Pilates and Yoga!

Join Jasmin and Robyn for an afternoon of mindful movement!
Robyn will start with a gentle yoga flow, Jasmin will take over to explore some Pilates moves and Robyn will close with a relaxing cool-down, immersing you in calming sounds and smells.
You’ll all get a complimentary Kombucha or juice to go, heading into your Sunday evening feeling re-set, revitalised and relaxed!
All levels, ages and level of fitness welcome – this is a great opportunity for beginners to have a taste of both yoga and Pilates!
