Walk barefoot over red-hot embers in aid of the hospice at Old Hall Farm, Southwold on Friday 25 October.

Each fearless fire walker will need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £25 and pledge to raise a minimum of £100.

You will receive a T-shirt and medal for completing the challenge as well as a burger or hotdog during your session!

Pick a session when registering your place, either: – 3.30 pm – 6pm, or 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm.

Bring spectators along to watch for free & enjoy delicious BBQ food & drink, supplied by the venue!
