Southwold and Reydon Society

The Southwold and Reydon Society, formed over 50 years ago, is a voluntary organisation with a committee of around 12.

Our mission is to protect and enhance the character and amenities of our area. This means working with others to ensure that the environment, facilities and services are maintained and improved. On a monthly basis, we review all Planning Applications for development in Southwold and Reydon. We continue to engage with other major consultations, e.g. Sizewell C, LionLink and offshore wind farms.

We monitor both health and education services locally. We give small donations to local good causes.
