Sole Bay Care Fund
Sole Bay Care Fund is a local charity that relies on volunteers to help support our community.
It provides the community bus to get around Southwold and Reydon, and extra care at home or as near to home as possible, especially for those living with dementia and for those residents who need End of Life care.
It provides fun too – singing for those living with Dementia and for those suffering with lung problems. We support activities in our local care homes and run community initiatives such as the Food Bank and Community Larder, feeding all our school children in the winter.
